CRITERIA: (which the board may change at any time in its sole discretion)

• you must be a full-time student in one of the following:

A) high school:  1 request per year up to $1,000, maximum 4 requests

B) technical training:  1 request per year up to $1,000, maximum 2 requests

C) undergraduate college taking at least 12 semester hours:  1 request per semester beginning up to $2,500 for 80% clearance, maximum 7 requests

D) undergraduate academically cleared college senior:  1 request to financially clear 100% to graduate at semester ending

• you must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher

• you must submit a copy of your most recent financial statement with a balance that does not exceed the amount you are requesting
  CPMF is only able to grant funds to clear the last bit you have due. Example:If your statement balance is $15,000 and you are requesting $2,500, we will not consider dispersing any funds until your statement also reflects a $2,500 balance due. NOTE: the amount you receive will depend on the funds we have available at the time of your request. 

• you must submit a brief autobiography and photograph with your request

• you become a part of the Carter Peterson McMillan Foundation family

If approved, we consider this as an investment in an individual and forming a partnership with you as you complete your academic endeavors and beyond.
